John Simmons, a principal at JC Simmons & Associates, founded two companies and co-founded another over the past 20 years. Each of these companies grew from concept stage and ultimately, each conducted initial public offerings, a variety of secondary financings and each was listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Through these experiences, John gained a sound understanding of corporate finance.
