University Technologies Series of Funds

The University Technologies series of funds have been incorporated and registered in accordance with British Columbia's Small Business Venture Capital Act R.S.B.C. 1996 ("SBVCA"). Residents in British Columbia who invest in our funds are eligible to receive a refundable provincial tax credit equal to 30% of the investment up to a maximum of $60,000 per year.

All investments made by our funds are in Eligible Small Businesses, as defined by the SBVCA. The majority of investments made by our funds have been in the medical device, pharmaceutical or technology industry segment. Each of our funds is profiled below.
